What are you talking about? You're 5'9 and you are only 14. There's nothing you can do, you grow naturally, you can't control that. I'm 18 and 6"1 (if there was a way I'd know). Man you''ve got a lot of growing left ( Men don't stop growing until 21, women 18). Since you're already so tall, in a couple of years you may be 6"7 and up range.

The human growth years are from age 0-18. The growth hormone kicks into gear around the age between 14-18 the what is called the adolescent growth spurt. Give it time you are still young. Lifting will not affect your height as growth is all hormonal and genetics. Are your parents tall or short......Grandparents.....you are a product of your genetics...look to your history to see your future.

It's likely not to happen, the average male is only 5'10" tall. The average female is only 5'7" tall. This is after growing is done. However, the average male doesn't stop growing until the age of 18. You may hit another growth spurt before then.

As long as you haven't used steroids, you have nothing to worry about. Be proud of your height! I am 6'3', it's great for movies unless your sitting behind me!
