Fuel injector cleaners that gets poured into the fuel tank are all a money scam.

The concentration of cleaner solution will have no effect on the injectors. Depending on your average mileage... Once every two years is more then adequate for a injector flush. A proper injector flush requires a special tool that bypasses the fuel system... this should be done by a qualified repair facility.

Gasolines already have added detergents to help clean injectors. If you have a diesel as I do, I do add a fuel injection cleaner / cetane booster every time I fuel based on the number of gallons. The new diesel fuel being sold in the USA is so dry now it will wear your injectors out quicker than before.
