You should take a multi-vitamin like Centrum every day (or prenatal vitamins if you are considering getting pregnant). But if you are concerned that you are missing some important specific vitamins you should discuss it with your doctor, who can tell you what you need based on a physical exam and tests.

You say you are thin but are you healthy, everybody does not have the same build, if you are concerned you should see a Doctor to find out what vitamins you are deficient in! Peace!
