The Vancouver Canucks, the Edmonton Oilers, the Calgary Flames, the Montreal Canadiens, and especially the Ottawa Senators. Because they aren't the Toronto Maple Leafs.

I've been an Edmonton Oiler fan since the late 90s. Unlike most, I wasn't into hockey as a little kid. I liked baseball and basketball more. But when I finally started to take an interest in hockey, I fell in love with the Oilers' style. So much speed and energy and effort. I think them being the underdogs in those playoffs with the Stars helped too. Seeing them finally knock off the heavy favourites was great!
All these years later and I'm the only Oilers fan that I know of in my area. Seems like everyone else in Ontario is either a Leafs, Canadiens or Senators fan.

Peterborough Pete's.. Major Jr. A hockey. Have sent the most players to the NHL compared to ANY other minor league team.. Think Yzerman, Gainey, Pronger, Ricci, Staal, Stillman, etc. They even owned Gretzky but didn't want him because he would be a disruption to their program. Tickets for @ $ 6.00 and always competative. The Pete's are a Hockey machine..Canada's best Hockeytown, next to Bobcaygeon..

Gotta go with Toronto, The only problem with them is stupid MLSE. They are high class executives and they don't know squat about hockey. I am a die hard leaf fan and will be forever, but if MLSE actually got is act together and got a good GM that could work with Maurice (finally a good coach....) then we would be able to get something rolling.
But we are doing pretty good under Maurice this year, better than any other Canadian team, so ...
Go Leafs Go

I'm a Flyers fan but my favorite Canadian team is the Toronto Maple Leafs. I've only been to Canada once and it was Toronto. I love the architecture of the old city and think the Maple Leafs have a great history. Plus, I think they have a great looking uniform.

Well,I have to look in to the future for this one. How about the Ontario Penguins? Playing out of Kitchener /Waterloo and finally supplanting the stranglehold the Maple Leafs have on this province. Penguins move in 2009 and then win the Cup in 2010.Go Pens Go
