it takes awhile to get a six pac but if you insist on getting one umm lifting weights would be awesome. But just remember you dont have to change yourself because she says she loves a guy with one. It sounds like your changing yourself for your girl which suxx just remain who you are you would be better off. Good Luck

If you are only going to do it for your girl, then maybe it isn't worth it. She should like like you for who you are or if she just wants to change you then maybe you should get a new girl.
