I wouldn't think anything of it. If she was really spoiled she would have gotten a nicer car....! I don't think it is all that uncommon!♥

What's to think I'm not that 16 year old so oh well and Good for Her!! What do you think is this a jealousy question. I received a brand new Toyota Camry when I graduated from High School. So what!! I say Good for them!
I'm 22 and now own a home in a very sought after area and I just purchased a brand new Lexus GS 430 hybrid. I have a wonderful career that I'm very proud of and I hope people only think I deserve what I have and just say good for me!

Sounds like Mumsy and Da Da are compensating gifts for quality time. If this continues she will have no concept of how the real world is and will fail miserably unless she marries some rich guy with no common sense.

If she earned it by getting good grades or just being an all around good kid, I don't see a problem with it. There are some people who are capable of giving to their children more than they were given so why not let them.

I think the gifts were nice, was the 16 yr old appreciative?
Are they mature enough to fully understand their value, and the responsibility that comes with them?
What I'm trying to say...is this kid a spoiled brat who fully expected gifts like that, or did the kid really deserve them?
