ok, to make this quick; the 360 came out last year, so there is nothing new about it, and there were many problems, because it sucked. the PS3 is just the same tired old crap we've been playing since 96' "oooh it plays blueray" if we wanted a movie player we would just buy one. the Wii is not going to win the video game wars. it should, but it wont. the Wii has a cool idea with the remote style controler, it's new and diferent, and if it takes off, next year sony and xbox will have the same goddamn thing out. remember when people thought it as weird that the 64 had an analog stick? now everyone does it. it's kinda like that.

none of them nintendo diverging away from the high-end video game market. While Sony, and Xbox will play be duking it out. Long term I would buy nintendo since its realabile and the games are cheaper to buy, and from playing them as a kid growing up. Long Term look for Ninendo to be the Chevy, and Sony, Xbox be the ferrari of video games. Graphics gonna matter less and less if the game play is boring, and the playbility is a factor. Wii could be thorn on sony ps3 bum for a while, PS3 may outsell over time, but dont underestminate nintendo a lot people in there late 20 and 30s would buy the Wii just to play the 1st generation nintendo games. PS3 is profit sucker at 300 bucks loss for each unit sold. Graphics will matter less and less in the next 10 years because other forms of interactive play will involve that more using your body than your thumbs, or more reality based fun, or social type games.

I agree! There should be a call of duty style ww2 game for the PS3 and Xbox360 where you can play as a German soldier both in campaign and multiplayer mode. Like call of duty, that game should allow aim assist (in case the player wants it enabled), have the same control system (e.g. for the Xbox 360, hold LT to aim, tap LT to snap onto targets if aim assist is enabled, RT to fire, RB to throw hand grenades, hold L3 to sprint, R3 to melee, B to stand/crouch/go prone, Y to switch weapons, X to pick up/reload weapons, A to jump, etc) and have 4 levels of difficulty: easy, medium, hard and veteran.

Despite the high price, I think ps3 will win. It is the only one with the hdtv graphics for games and dvds.

It sure as hell won't be the Wii, since 8 yr olds don't have much in the way of disposable income.
