Please tell me. I went to the HR person of a company. Earlier I was selling tangible products but here I have to sell intangible products? The HR guy asks me that this is your target, How would you do this..? Please suggest a suitable answer.

I went from a tangible selling Optics to DR offices to an intangible Home health selling services.
First you have to find out who your market is to set down and make a list.

What I did is I made a list I could sell to other companies like home health’s and hospices and do trades I could sell to private individuals family for there loved ones providing a service ,to attorney's ,To reverse Mortgage people Long term care insurance people and also refer them. Funeral counselor ETC.

Then you ask yourself why is our product better different or more reasonable then every one else.

I would also practice in a mirror what I would say about the company so it would become natural.
I would also ask myself what would I ask about this company if it was brand new to me what would some of the questions I would ask of the person who would present this company and why do I want to go with them. I would also ask my friends to ask which questions they would ask.

I would I sell it to each person differently so they would want to go with our company a DR would be sold differently then a Hospice per say. A doctor when I go in I ask the Dr do you have a lot of patients that cancel, well would you like to fix that problem and have a better retenion rate? Well my company does transportation. When the patients say they can't make the appointment because of no car you tell them I know a company who wait while you’re at the DR. for a small fee. They either find a ride or they would call us. I would also mention that we do post surgery and end of life issues

A hospice I would mention my aide’s do12/ 24 hr shifts as needed when The poor family is worn to a frazzle and really need to step back and be the family instead of trying to be the care taker. To give that much needed break.
