i take all vitamins separately. No good one a day vitamins exist. They are too weak in potency.

Minerals too. I decide the potency I need - I don't acccept the idea of 1-a-day.

I use Mulitbionta by Seven Seas. It has a probiotic additive for healthy digestion. www.multibionta.co.uk Depending where you live, North American has different recommendations for your daily vitamin intake than Europe.

Stay away from vitamens for seniors, the drug companies would love to weaken you so they can sell you more drugs. I'm 60 and have studied this. All natural vitamens are best.
