She makes me feel like nothing is wrong in this world. Like I'm able to be myself again with no judgement. But she's a girl and so am I? Why do people find it horrible for us to be in love with each other just because it's out of the norm.

The world is changing. One day the world will be fine with it, people will find something else to hate. You may want to make sure she feels the same way before you make any drastic moves. And it may not be love, like boyfriend/girlfriend/marriage love. Maybe its the love of a best friend. I love my best friend, but its not that type of love. Time can only tell.

Some think so because they have the same feelings but lack the nerve to show or act on it. Others think it is because they believe in a book that has been rewrote so many times that they have no clue what it really said. Others believe God hates people when we are told that he does not. None of them matter at all to you. What I mean by that is that who cares what they do. They can not rule you. Some day and in our life time we will see where human rights are given to humans. Just look at what has happened in the last 60 years. Lets just hope that people some day understand that people are in fact just people. Sex has no role in it.

Whatever is in your heart and what you see right for yourself is what your suppose to do , not what others think. I feel the same way about my girlfriend and we don't care about what people think .
We are HAPPY .. so they can keep thier judgement .
if you 2 are happy .. stay that way . Don't ruin the best girl you'll find for yourself !
people find it horrible because society tells them it's horrible that's why they think that. Sometimes it's jelousy. cause your living free from others over-judgemental ways and thoughts .
If it's beautiful to you and enjoyable .. just let other be grumpy.

Who cares about them??? When you look in her eyes are you really thinking about them?? When the person that you love smiles at you and makes you laugh in only that secret way that she can what does it matter?? I understand, so long as you are not hurting anyone, and neither of you are cheating on someone else and you are careful in who you sleep with then then so what??? I am straight and love men, but I have been where you have been. There has been a really special man that I would love to be with but things are too complicated, but again what does my opinion matter? In the end the only person you have to answer to is yourself. When you go to bed at night and think over the days actions, the only one you are consulting is your own soul. Good Luck.

Move to the big city ASAP--more specifically, Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY. There are so many other women who love women there, you even won't know what to do with yourself. Be happy that you're unique, and not a "discussting" douche bag like Wanda.

It is because people are ignorant. They are worried about either two men or two women being in love instead of things like: Let's get Bush out, Let's bring our service members back home, Let's make sure children regardless of their abilities are given the same opportunities.

in my opinion people have different morals values and feelings. what i dont understand is if god says its a sin for the same sex to be sexually active then it must also be a sin for them to be happy. u are not wrong for being in love or for being happy u cant help how u feel about her. if u feel the way u do u just do its a simple as that there is not a way that u are suppose to feel so just dont worry about what others think just be happy. hope my advice helps

You answered your own question. Because it's not considered 'normal'. All 'normal' is however is average, typical. People are afraid of things that are not typical, things that are different than the average. You need to avoid hanging around people who are ignorant and backwards and instead be around people who are bright and sensible enough to understand that love is real regardless of the genders involved.

Screw what people think & be happy. People who will judge you are so miserable in their own lives that they don't want anyone to be happy. Im not gay but I'm waiting for a guy to make me feel like that & he might never come so don't give up something that so many people wait their lives for.
