Take it from a guy thats been mastrubating for years. There are no side effects from jerking yourself off. No one can tell that you did it not even your doctors. All guys do it and It's nothing to be ashamed about because mastrubation is normal. It's just a way to relieve stress. There is nothing wrong with it and if someone tells you that it is, they probably do it too and are just too embarrassed to admit it. Mastrubation is not something that's appropriate to talk about around people but at the same time it's nothing to be ashamed of either. My advice is to just do it whenever you feel like it because there is just no good reason not to.

I read in a book that says that 97% plus people, all ages they do it. It's because you don't go out and tell all people about this. I have also read that it's actually good for your health if you do it moderately. Thanks.
