My first thought is that it sounds like a symptom of pregnancy. When I was pregnant my normally small and very light nipples got HUGE and dark and spots appeared around them and they ached horribly. There is a name for the spots, I forget what it is for the moment. They're essentially like a big sign for a new baby to find the right place to latch on.
If it's not possible that you're pregnant then you should go see a doctor to find out what is causing the changes--whatever it is, it's probably hormonal.

The white bumps are the sebaceous glands (hope I spelled that right), and they may expel white pus-like substance under pressure. My boobs started getting like that, sore, darker, more defined nipples, and the strange glands, when I got pregnant with my first child. Now it's been two years since my last birth, but I still have the sebaceous gland issue.
Get a pregnancy test.

Male: the female thinking technique is the opposite of the male (women all of us is often precise, even with situation, as quickly as all of us recognize adult men are) women all of us is so dang choosy approximately greasy outfits and stuff which would be worn till the activity is completed. a guy can savour a sandwich without washing hands after digging fishing worms. while a guy is able to pass out to dinner he do no longer care to attend around for 2-3 hours waiting for a girl to placed on makeup she hasn't worn all week -- will stop now till now occurring a tirade. Womens faults are many, adult men have basically 2: each and every thing they say, and each thing the do (the spouse's enter)

How old are you? Because if you are reaching your adolescent years, this sounds fairly normal. The areola gets darker as you mature and the white bumps are "ducts", which is used for breastfeeding.
Now, if you are already mature....then it could mean you might be pregnant.

Any chance you could be pregnant? That causes soreness and darkening of the nipples.
