how can I tan in the sun, and quick

I'm just wayy to white, is there anything that you can put on while you are in the sun that expedites and perserves the process????


please Please Please help

You can't expect to be out in the sun and expect a tan to appear within a few minutes of exposure. Even suntan accelerator won't promote as fast as it seems you're expecting.
Although you don't like the tanning salons, one session would be enough to give you that base, which will help bring out a tan a bit faster, without risk of burning... Of course you should apply lotion with a decent SPF.
If you really want things to happen within, oh say about an hour, and don't mind burning, you could use Baby Oil... It attracts the suns rays, enough to feel like you're frying... You will get a tan after burning.
Unless you're in that much of a hurry, the best thing to do is let it come along gradually... Do a lot of outdoor activity, be out in the sun often, but don't just lie around in the sun... Be active... Exercise promotes sweat which helps to attract the suns' rays, but the sun tanning lotion, or sunblock helps protect your skin from damage, like sunburns...

ummmmm u just ruled out the only 2 possibilities for a tan! but dont wry its winter basically so no1s rly tan anymore and its WAAAAY healthier to not hav a tan!

stay out in the sun but on sunblock to keep ur skin healthy when u know, wrinkles r starting to appear

coconut oil but you have to use it in the sun. its what the polynesians use and look at how dark they are. but make sure its liquidy before you use it. its gotta be warmed up otherwise it turns solid. you can buy it at walmart

They do say that people who swim or are wet get tan or burned faster. so you could do swimming.

tanning oil to tan faster, and jergens natural glow lotion to keep your tan
