Well I don't know what CIC-11is but if he was here in the United States under government sanction when this alleged incident occurred then I feel that he should be elligable for consideration under our system of justice ,,,,Look at the extraditions laws we have for criminals here in this country ,,,,If someone is wanted in one state for a crime and is captured in another state ,,,, Then he's extradited to the state that wants him to stand trial ,,,,So couldn't some form or dirivitive of extradition be applied here ?,,,, The fact that this person wants to come back and face this sort of indicates his innocence don't you think ?,,,, Our present corporate/political administration has it's focus on the money they are making with their thing in Iraq ,,,, They have little if any concern about what goes on in our country ,,,, Louisiana ,,, specifically New Orleans,,,, is the perfect example of that ,,,, This person doesn't stand alone where being falsely accused of something like this is concerned ,,,,, Probably 10% of the accusations by teenage girls are false ,,,, A small percentage I know and that means that 90% are sound ,,,, but if this person is innocent then it's the 10% that is at issue here ,,,,, But like I said earlier ,,,, being here under political asylum or any other area of government sanction should entitle him to legal counsel and justice accordingly ,,,, If our judicial system doesn't work correctly for one person then it doesn't work correctly for anyone ,,,,, Yoda said that ,,,,,
