My story is about a man who has encountered problems in his personal and work life and in a moment of weakness turns to drugs as a way to solve his problems... and of course, the negative consequences of his choice and how they progress. The end is about whether he will finally give into or overcome this addiction. Can anyone help me come up with a catchy title that shows the reader that it has something to do with drugs or choices or something like that? Or any idea at all, even if it has nothing to do with those things but fits with the story idea?

Sweet Relief. It describes how he first feels when he uses drugs to mask his anxiety and distress over his problems and also how he will feel when, and if, he overcomes his addiction.

Why not- Life After Death? As the death represents his great problems before and 'lfe' is how he is trying to live and overcome his problems.

"Falling Down" sounds like it would be appropriate here....or perhaps if someone ends up helping him..... "Catch Me When I Fall"....also makes sense if he does try in some way to get help.
