Ok, this is tricky, so pay attention.
Get a glass out of the cabinet. Fill VERY CAREFULLY with water, preferably COLD. If you're the ice type, then throw a couple of cubes in, or crushed, again, it's all about personal preference.
Take pill out of the package. Place VERY CAREFULLY on your tongue. Sip the water or gulp, again, personal preference....and swallow.
Tricky I know! You may need to do it a few times before you have it down pat. By the end of the week, you should be a pro.

i'm assuming you're talking about a birth control pill. If you're using the average kind of pill, then you'll take a pill every day. You have to take it at the same time every day, even missing just one day can cause the pill to be ineffective. Basically, each "cycle" will have 3 weeks of active pills and 1 week of a "dummy" pill. The dummy pills are just sugar pills and kindda like place keepers so you don't get out of habit of taking the pill every day. As wonderful as the pill is, it isn't 100% effective, so keep that in mind. I'm sure you know this, but it doesn't protect you against STD's either, so be careful! Condoms are your friend!

If you mean The Pill, standard birth control pills, then it's easy. Your pills will be labeled by the day of the week. You take your first pill on the first Monday (or Sunday, depending on your pill's labeling) during your period. Every day at the same time you take a pill. At the beginning of the fourth week, you will reach the placebo pills (which you still take every day), and during that week you will have your period. Once that package is empty and you are on the last day of your period, you open the next package and just follow the daily schedule.

Do you mean the birth control pill? You need to get it prescribed to you by a doctor and they'll explain everything about it to you. Overall though, it's a pill you take every day at the same time each day. After 21 days, you'll either have a break from the pill or 7 placebo (sugar) pills. During that time, you'll have a "period" <- technically, it's called breakthrough bleeding

Pills are normally prescribed by Doctors, however some are available for purchase over the counter.
The normal method is to swallow the pill with a drink of fluid, however if the pill is small enough you might be able to swallow it harmlessly without water.
Be certain to follow the instructions given by the Doctor or on the pill bottle to get the correct dose for your requirements

I hope you don't mean contraceptive pill. If you don't already know, then you shouldn't be doing things that make you need contraception.
