There are lots of recorded sightings of demons saying or doing things, big black things that people have encountered, unexplained lights, noises, things moving by themselves. Toilet rolls unravelling when there was no wind. Voices, whisperings, smells, scents, odours, screams in the night or day , shadows. We put them down to ghosts but the things I am talking about are odd things that are not specific. People walk away from an experience thinking " Need to stop drinking" only to realise they have not been...............................................

Anyone out there want to share an odd experience.
I am asking because I want to do some research on the odd and unexplained.

when in college I shared a room with some friends...I came back one day finding one of them there in the room....I talked to her but she wasn't answering, she just kept tidying her stuff on the table like she didn't hear me...then I went out of our room and just as I opened the door and turned away from her, the "real" roommate was coming in the room from outside...I turned around and the "other" is no longer there in the room...

I have had lots of ghost experiences but what is weirder is when time itself is involved. Like some of the others I have dreamed an event and it has happened. This is way beyond deyjavu. It must mean then that time is not linear and in dreaming we must exist in some part outside of the normal flow of time. Then everything that has already happened must happen again and we are only aware of the present. Maybe this is where ghosts are involved in that they become mixed up with our own timespace. Back to dreams i once saw myself asking what a kid I knew got for geography in my class, then that day came! I resisted to ask to see what would happen but the pull to do so was overwhelming, so much so that I had to leave the area to stop myself asking it even though I didnt really care. It totally spun me out on the day it was so weird. Never had such a powerful urge to do something ever since and over something so trivial to! Wonder if I changed anything in space-time!? Lots of weird things happen to people but we usually dont talk about them as reality is tough enough as it is when its being normal nevermind the twilight zone experiences. Good question though.

I have a spatio temporal infundibulum that follows me around. I have to be very careful that nothing falls into it. Anything that falls into it disappears and may or may not show up at a different place and time. Sometimes it even looses time itself. I have been known to lose not only minutes but even days in it.

I would recommend "The Book of The Damned by Charles Fort and some issues of "The Fortean Times" if you can find them. They were great

(Fort is sometimes spelled as Forte)

Edit; the first part about the time space funnel thing is just spoof.

I don't know if this counts as an odd experience... my friend and I were going to a party and it was broad daylight. My friend was driving and there was not a single car on that road. We didn't even know what happened. We were just driving and I swear we didn't see any car hit us. There was not a single car in sight and suddenly we just felt this huge big thing hit us and then a lot of people came to look and we got out of the car and there was a bus that hit us! Nothing happened to us though luckily. The accident wasn't serious but we swear we never saw that car. There was nothing at all. Only after we got hit and got out of our car did we see it!

I have answered this before but will refer you to the search box, you will find a lot on there. I had a lady appear in my room for several nights in a row when I was 6. She talked to me very little and talked telepathically. I tried my best to explain it to my mother. One night the lady said she would be back tomorrow and bring her son with her. Sure enough there were 2 of them that night -- a large one and a small one. They were shaped like ironing boards and glowed white. They didn't come back after that.

One time when I was little my sister and I has spent most of the day scaring each other. My grandparents lived about 50 yards away from us and I was playing closer to their house so I went in to use there restroom. I was sitting there with my pants around my ankles and heard a door slam. Then I heard a voice "I'm going to get you!" I yelled my sisters name but got no answer. Then I heard it again. Then I heard their basement door slam (door was always kept locked) so I took off running pulling my pants up as I went. There was no one else around and when I got to our house my sister was climbing out of the shower so there was NO way it could have been her.

When my dad was little, in the same house, he woke up on night and saw something white hovering above is bed. He felt compelled to follow it and it took him down stairs where there was an large ember burning on the floor. The whole house would have probably burnt down had he not gotten up.

I recently moved in with my boyfriend. He works days and I work nights. I am a very light sleeper and always wake up when he comes home for something during the day. On two different occasions I have been sleeping when I have heard someone come in the room (the door squeaks a little bit). The first time whatever came in the room came over and sat on the bed (I felt it sink down) and touched my butt. Then it got up and walked out..something he does a lot. I woke myself up and went out to find him but couldn't. I called him and he had not stopped home at all that day.
The second time REALLY freaked me out. I was laying in bed and heard the door and then all of the sudden felt a TREMENDOUS amount of pressure on my chest. I couldn't talk or move at all. Then it felt as if someone wrapped their arms around me and squeezed me as tight as they could and then started rolling me from one side to the other. I kept trying to yell for it stop but couldn't get any words out. All I could see what all black and then suddenly it just stopped.

My boyfriend had a similar experience when he was painting our back bedroom. He was standing on a ladder and felt something touch/grab his butt. Thinking it was me he turned around only to realize that I was not home.

I could go on and on with my stories of odd experiences, but I don't want to bore everyone. It is my belief though that anyone that says they've never had such an experience is lying.

Weird my (twin)sister heard noises in her room last night.. so much that she couldn't sleep.. she also heard someone whisper "hello". This is one of those times where you don't know for sure if it really happend or was she half asleep. Also last night I couldn't sleep, I felt like there was a constant pressure on my chest, like I couldn't breath deeply. (I live in a different country to my sis) I think that odd experiences always have the "what if.. " factor.

-Once, late at night, I had a dream where I was sleeping in my room and everything lokked exactly the same as it does. My closet slowly opened and behind the door was this hideuos beast/demoned thingy. When I woke up I was sitting up in my bed, just like I was in my dream, but the closet door was shut.

-Sometimes when it was dark I would see people. They would just be walking around but once I tried to touch them they would sort of detereriate (spellin?). It would really freak me out. once I thought I saw my mom in the kitchen and I stood there trying to talk to her for like one minute before relizing it wasn't her. Creepy.

Write down your motives... like you want to eat fit, you try now to not help animal cruelty, et cetera. make confident they're nicely-reasoned and insightful. Their making interesting of you purely says that they are closed-minded and immature about this. do not call 'em on it, purely say civilly "that is something it really is major to me, and that i desire that you're going to help me in observe if not in deed." even as they say "won't be able to", do they mean that they doubt you'd be able to do it, or that they'll actively avert you from being a vegetarian? no matter if that is the former, purely instruct them incorrect... plan out your nutrients nicely, scout round for solid deals on vegetarian ingredients (soy milk, fake meat, et cetera) that you purchase with your human being funds -- i does not recommend asking them to purchase it for you -- and customarily be responsible. no matter if that is the latter, nicely i do not recognize how you may want to conquer that. perhaps you've to ask a vegetarian you recognize to go back over and clarify issues.

Yes. Just the other day I found out what happens when an unstoppable force collides with an immovable object when I punched myself in the face.
