I have to complete a form, but cannot understand the meaning of the following question, would you please tell me what this question is about, the question is: "Means at your disposal for proposed visit."

It means how are you going to make it to wherever you are going to visit. Can you afford the trip, are you going to fly, are you paying your way or is a family member or a friend paying your way. How will you afford your living expenses while you are there, do you have alot of money and you can make it on your own, or will family be helping you out. Kinda stuff like that.

It's not just about transportation but money, as well. Do you have the money to make the trip? Do you have available and affordable transportation? Can you find affordable accommodations for the trip? All of those questions encompass the "means at your disposal for proposed visit."
