Bully, also known as Canis Canem Edit in the PAL region [1], is a video game released by Rockstar Vancouver for Sony PlayStation 2 on October 17, 2006 in the USA, and October 25 in the UK. An Xbox version was planned but has since been cancelled for undisclosed reasons[2]. The game takes place in a fictional reform school called Bullworth Academy. The motto of the school, "Canis Canem Edit", is Latin for dog eat dog. The game will also be available as a special edition that includes a limited edition comic book, and a dodgeball of the same style as the ones used in the game, with the word "Bully" engraved on it. It is unknown whether there will be a special edition for other markets

I don't think so.Although i haven't played the game yet, from what i can gather it penalises you for bullying rather than encouraging it.I'm not sure what the age rating is and i know that this is not an effective way of stopping kids playing inappropriate games, surely it is the responsibility of parents to keep an eye on what their kids are playing.Banning things only makes them more desirable, especially to kids in their early teens.Adults should be able to make their own choices, if you don't want to watch something on tv or don't like a certain game then don't watch/play it.Banning things like this is just a way of excersising control and taking our choices away. When it comes to minors then it is the parents responsibility to decide what is and isnt suitable for their child.
