A couple of good ways--jump rope, or use bench press bar with moderate amount of weight on shoulders behind back of head, and go up and down on tip toes to strengthen calf muscles. Also, running backwards uphill strengthens the calf muscles.

u should boost your squate muscles . do bech press withe a weight on your shoulder do jump rope .
