IF there is one I haven't found it yet...I have been looking for one myself for quite sometime...
The closest thing I have found is the suggestion to learn as much about the Jinn and their realm as a person can find...and then attempt to travel there using Astral Projection during one of the Astral experiences that occurs during the normal sleep cycle.
As far as actually physically entering their realm...I haven't encountered anything other than the suggestion to fist call up a Jinn and then have them take you there themselves...of ocurse calling one up is another matter, and one that only someone experienced in Persian or Islamic mysticism would have the knowledge to achive...

People need to lay off about the jinn. They're dangerous creatures and shouldn't be played with. Forget them.

Why? would you want that? maybe you can send your astral self, astral project and imagine yourself there then you'll be there i guess.
