Your pelvis feels really full! It gets even harder to bent over, and it's a little easier to breathe. And instead of peeing every hour, it's more like every 20 minutes.
It can put a lot of pressure on your rectum, you might feel the urge to go potty all day long............Pregnancy is so glamorous, isn't it?

I noticed that physically I looked a lot different. I carried my baby pretty high and then all the sudden my belly was WAY further down. I also never really had the problem with needing to go to the bathroom all the time, then the baby dropped and I had to go to the bathroom CONSTANTLY because she was sitting on my bladder. There should be a pretty significant change in your profile.

You should be able to tell just by looking in the mirror, also it becomes easier to breath as baby is further from your lungs & you have to pee more frequintly. It will happen usully a week or more before labor, contractions, water rupturing, etc.

You can have contractions before the baby 'drops'. You can usually not tell as well as others looking at you that the baby has dropped other than the additional pressure on your bladder, etc. Good luck to you!

I remember feeling so much pressure on my bladder...and if you press the top of ur belly it should feel empty. I know you just want the baby OUT!!! Don't worry, it'll be sooner than you think, hang in there =)

You may feel pressure like you have to pee, but you know you don't have too..and your belly will definatly appear lower. I remember the pressure was a change, it felt like I had to do number 1 and number 2 at the same time..then my water broke.

Because it feels like you are sitting on a grapefruit. Well, that is what it felt like with my two kids.

You can breathe easier but it may be harder to walk, also, your belly will start further down.

you can breathe easier and have less heartburn, but more pressure in your hips and less bladder room.
