Did they check to make sure she was ovulating? Did they do a Thyroid test. I went thru tons of testing and it was my thyroid the whole time. 2 cycles after this was found I fell pregnant.
Other than that dont stress, take a folic acid pill and prenatal vit and drink lots of water. Keep trying every other day on days 10 to 16 of her cycle....tell her to stay lying down for an hour afterwards.
RELAX

Well, to be honest, it took my husband and I a few years to get pregnant. You can try try try all you want to and sometimes it just isn't the right time. When we stopped trying was when we got pregnant. We now have a beautiful two year old baby boy to thank for that, and a little girl due in a few weeks. So my suggestion is for her to take plenty of prenatal vitamines, they sell them over the counter at wal mart. Stay healthy, stop trying, and if you want to try, get an ovulation moniter, which you can also find at wal mart. Good luck and I hope all goes well with you and your wife. :)

You should try FAM, Fertility Awareness Method. There is a great book by Toni Weschler called Taking Charge of your Fertility. Basically, you could just be having sex on the wrong days. You have a very small window when she is ovulating, and her cervical mucous is optimum for carrying sperm up to the egg, and her cvix is open. You can tell when this time arrives by charting morning temberatures, etc. The book explains it.

If at first you dont succeed try, try again. If you are both "normal" and have been checked out, you may not be doing it at the right times. Relax!! It will happen when it happens. Until then, keep "doing it". A baby will come when it is the right time.

Try not to stress out. That can make it more difficult to become pregnant. Just relax and enjoy :) If you haven't already, you might look into buying some ovulation prediction kits.

I know someone who went thru that and it took them over 20 years to get pregnant. It turned out her weight affected her body. She wasn't overweight but she changed her eating from what we think is normal to complete vegan eating and she got pregnant.

Stop thinking about it. I know its hard to do but once my husband and I decided to give up...next week we were pregnant and now we have a healthy 3 month old son. I wish you the best...remember, the best part is practicing...lol

Stop "trying". We did, after six years, and we have a beautiful son who is 18 months now!! We had given up, I actually thought it was early menopause!!! Again, stop trying!!!
Don't try any of those fertility treatments unless you are ready for the STRONG possibility of multiple births!!!
