Usenet is actually like a BBS where people chat about anything and everything, but within the subject of a newsgroup's charter.
A few newsgroups have "binary content" and usually have the word "binaries" in their title. Those are the ones containing pictures, files, and such.
Your interests runs a bit on the fetish / bondage side (it's just a statement, don't take it the wrong way) so the best place to look would be on... alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.bondage and similar newsgroups. Unfortunately those newsgroups are grossly polluted with massive auto-spam cross-posts. Find the pics you want without getting grossed out by the rest can be quite difficult. I wish you luck.

use your filter on your groups filter to search for bondage
youll come up with quite a few, then hit subscribe to that group.
