i got a picture that contains text, does anyone know how to get the name of the unknown font ?? is there a software that can help you recognize a name of a font???

There is no such software to recognize fonts. Anyway, u can scan the whole thing and let some people see, and they might have came accross the font and my be in a position to help you name it. I'm a graphic designer by profession and I do come accross hundreds of fonts each day. I may also help u if u can show me the font. Thanks.

..I don't think there is such a good software. But you may try the visit this site : http://betterfonts.com/ . There is lots of free fonts there, maybe you can find it. Or even a better font.

No, but if you browse fonts, you should be able to locate a similar one. I like wanted fonts.
