Are psychics for real or are they all con artists?

I always wanted to know if psychics are for real, or is it all a big scam to get your money. I have never seen one and probably never will see one, I just wanted to know if their are legit psychics that can tell you what your future is going to be like. their are psychics that you go to in person, their are psychics that give you a reading online, and then they have phone psychics. they also have psychics that read tyrant cards. do you think that their are any legit psychics, or is it just a big money scam?

well, people use the word "psychic" to mean multipul things so witch meaning are you useing? 1 someone who reads posibiletys and efects of the future 2 seeing spirits 3 comunicating with the dead (this one is imposibul) 4 mind reader 5 witch 6 breaking curses 7 telepathy 8 telachanisious thoes are the diffrent meanings the word "psychic" is used for, so wich one are you refering too? i myself have the abiletys mentioned in #'s 1, 2 and 6 but none of the others, to break curses i'd actewely have to be there and i'm under 18 so i can't go anywere but then again how many times dos a REAL curse appear anyways? about 1 or 2 times every 5 thousand years among 500 fake curses that are hoax unless your really unlucky but that's beside the point, you said you need a reading ok why don't you just E-mail me on my profile i can give you a reading WARNING; a real reading will give you the abilety to change the future witch might be for better or for worse and in a real reading you'll more then likly learn what you don't want to learn and a reading is based on charector not desteiny so stuff like the lotory and future relationships don't work in the progress, but the choise is up to you

Yes there are real ones out here. I have found most online and phone ones are fakes. I am one but when I worked for a phone psyhic service they tried to train me on how to give readings, how to ask questions with asking things to listen for to get cluesand generl statements that could be about anyone. When I do readings I do the frist for free to show the person I'm real. Never beleive a psychic that tells you they can tell you without a dougt that they know what will happen. true one know that the future as many paths and no one person can know all.

Some are real some are con artist. The real ones don't charge. I do cards for my friends and I normally right. I go to the psychic fairs and they are great. All of the psychics there are donating their time. If you want to go to a psychic fair call your local Mason's group.

why should they ALL be one or the other? sure there are some actual psychics out there but there are a hell of a lot of con artists too. i wouldn't trust the online n phone stuff myself.

also, as with any skill, u get psychics at different levels of development. so there are psychics out there who aren't very skilled yet but still charge money for their service.

Hello there.....I am a psychic....a true one....let me make a few things clear to you though, ok.....there are absolutely no true psychics out there that can actually tell your future....if they say they can, they ARE bogus.....they also cannot predict what will happen to you, they cannot read your mind....true and gifted psychics like me have a unique ability to read people, but not the way skeptics and society says we do....it's weird.....I give FREE readings to my closest clients....I get donations (mainly because I tell them things no one else could)....but I never charge for my gift....it wouldn't be right....my gift is a God-given and Earth based gift....it would be simply wrong to "scam" someone.....tarot cards can work, but they won't tell you the whole truth and sometimes crossing that realm is dangerous....be careful of that....yes, I do consider myself a legit psychic....I don't even really call myself a psychic.....I am simply "gifted"....I like to put it that way.....Best of luck to you!

It sucks but most are fakes, often they want to be special so badly they make up this world that they are someone "gifted" or special much like modern preachers. I can say that clairvoyance is very real but they are what superheroes are made of, they hide their identity and secretly help people. Also humility seems to be an important role in the purity of the consciousness of a clairvoyant. also the karmic debt of pride is very well feared amongst clairvoyants.

here is a hint, clear your thoughts and just feel your emotions until you can empty them also, then just be empty, you will be swayed into thoughts and emotions from the outside of you. let them come in and do not radiate any from yourself. Often you can tell who is thinking or talking about you at that moment.

There are a a lot of con artists but I am convinced that some are for real. Do some research on Edgar Carce. You can can find a lot about him in the libraries and the Net.

did a paper for sociology class and proved to my satisfaction that they are scam artists as the answers were different or could have been interpreted different ways. then over 10 years after class was over was still receiving ads from psychics I never heard of. must have sold my name to others

some are real some are fake.i don't think phone psychics are real, how can they tap into your energy without being next to you?

personally, I've done tarot cards, and almost everything I got came true within the next year. so, it happens. ;-)
