That's life you know, sooner or later you'd have to realize that life is not a walk through the park. It's more like an up and down struggle through the jungle. But heres a quote that i recently heard. You're down today, but you'll be up tomorrow.

You're depressed.

There's no cure for that. There are environmental things that contribute to a person's mood-- instability, messy room, poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of social contact, lack of sulight, poor health, substance abuse. But even taking care of what you can, being as congenial as possible is not always sufficient.

It takes, ultimately, some form of willpower to get over misery, but it's a complete catch 22 if lack of willpower is what is causing the problem.

Years of psychotherapy and medication and/or find a religion.

Good Luck.

Are you only looking at the negatives in situations? Every situation has positives and negatives. Consequently, every problem has positives and that means opportunity. Look for the positives. Look for the opportunity that every problem offers.

It will take practice and consistent effort to change your thinking from 'unlucky' to 'opportunistic', so start today. In time, you will discover the 'lucky' opportunities life keeps throwing at you.

Best wishes and good luck.
