yes, this is a stranger they have not been around you to ever cause any distrust or to hurt you . In most situations a stranger can and will help you more than people you know. A stranger will help you where people you know just doesn't seem to have the time. That stranger or person on the street could just be an Angel in disguise.

Better question is can you EVER love unconditionally?
Think about what it really means. If you can kill someone else or let someone else, even a loved one, die for that person then it is unconditional. If you can do this then the answer is yes, but if you can't (which most people will not kill or injure their loved one, unborn child, mother, father, etc. for a complete stranger) then no.
To love unconditional means you would sacrifice anything...ANYTHING, including yourself and/or loved one(s), for that person.

I don't really think you can love a stranger unconditionally. You wouldn't know anything about them, you need to get to know them first to build a relashionship.

Oh absolutely. If the love bug bites you, you are gone.
It did happen to me once. Someone I barely knew, I loved him with all my heart. I never knew such joy before.
Of course my heart got broken in the end but I would not trade that special feeling for all the money in the world.
