everything is ok but there's no light in the gameboy thus makes it hard to see unless you play it under the light

gameboy advance doesn't HAVE a light
gameboy advance SP, however, does have an internal light.
if you are talking about an SP, go to www.nintendo.com, follow some links on how to send it in for repair

Well, either its broken or the light is all the way down.
