Godliness, patience and honesty and as the Bible says all other things (ie passion, humor, intelligence etc) shall be added on to it

First one is honesty....about themselves, but also I like them to honestly tell me when they think I do something wrong. (in a constructive way, of course)
Second one, and really important for me : I look for a great sense of humor.

I look for enthusiasm,fun,caring, loving, someone loyal but not too much so he would be kind of your butler/maid, looks and ethnicity doesn't make a different, someone who would have your back at times..
