you want to know what you should and should not eat to keep your blood sugar levels stable, yes.

Dont eat:

too much fat
too much carbohydrates like bread, pasta, grain, chips, biscuits, potatoes
too much sugar, now be careful with this one its hidden in most foods, 4grams equals 1 level teaspoon. sugar is in fruit, some veges and most processed foods like chicken nuggets, sauces and condiments.

do eat:

lean meat
salad
low fat foods like cheese, yoghurt if low sugar variety
nuts
vegetables
fruit (one piece a day) strawberries are good

this diet sounds boring and i have to admit it is
If you like a beer now and then as I do, there are some low carb ones on the market
Its bets to see a dietician once to get a good seven day diet plan

Barser, your diabetes question doesn't belong in marriage & divorce, but probably in nutrition or health or something. And instead of a new question, which no one will know the history to, go back to the old question and click on "additional details" to add more info, and get better answers.

It is totally up to you. No one should have to tell you what you can and cannot eat.
