Sort of both, I am basically always on the move like you said. I can't sit still and do nothing, when I'm not working I'm busy with one of my hobbies which are all very exciting. But every now and then, I just sit back and relax! Do nothing. Unwind. But even with that, I'd say it is exciting. Either a foam bath with candles and what do you know, Yahoo Answers!!! Sometimes watching TV or go to see a movie. What nice balance.

both. as you probably know, my profile says that i loooove sports and running, so that's why i'm constantly jumpy. sometimes i just like to lie back and enjoy the scenery and clouds. i'm more athletic so, probably like to be constantly jumpy!!!!
