I am a watcher and have found other watchers, from when the show was on tv originially, and on reruns. Which episode was your favorite, made you laugh and cry. Who was your favorite character and the one who made you cringe? Who had the hotter husband laura or mary?

Mr. Larabee made me cringe.
All episodes were a favorite especially seasons 1-4. I liked the ones where they pitched in as a family and Founders day.
The Craftsman was a great episode. About the Jewish carpenter.
I still cry at a lot of episodes. The one where Mr. Ingalls was going to sell his farm after a tornado and decided they were going to stay. The old couple used to live there and let the Ingalls stay. I also cry when they Ingalls leave and the Carters buy the farm.
I would have to say Almanzo is cuter, but I don't find either attractive. But I am a Malcolm in the Middle fan so I'd go with Linwood Boomer on that one.

I love love love little house on the prarie even the reruns. My favorite character was Laura Ingalls, I still think Melissa Gilbert is a good actor. Nellie Olsen and Mrs. Olsen drive me crazy. And I never liked Laura's sister in law. I also used to think Mr. Edwards was great. The episode I have a hard time watching is when Mary's son dies in the fire. I have to say Laura's husband is by far hotter. I never thought Mary's husband was very attractive. One of the funniest episodes is when the kids pretend there is a monster in the lake to drive Mrs. Olsen and the kids away from the older ladies home they took over.

I love the show because my family comes from the area the show is based on. My Grandfathers first home was a root cellar. Which in southwestern MN, at that time was a mound of dirt with a door. None of the characters made me cringe. Laura was my favorite character.
The show makes me wish I was young again so I could go back to the farm.

I love it! I watch reruns all the time. Laura had the hotter husband for sure! I liked Nelly, she was funny. Laura was always my favorite character though. I like a lot of the episodes, can't think of one specifically. But Pa was pretty hot himself! :D

laura had the hotter husband, and i think that i liked laura the best, she had a fun personaltiy. i did not see the episodes, i read the books

my favorite episode was when laura cook dinner for nelly olson when she was trying to court laura husband to be laura filled it up with red pepper she got her man & he was the hotter my eye is still on her dad

Sorry, dont really remember any other the charectors... I used to watch it when I was like 6, that's when I liked it. I don't really like it anymore, probably cause I acualy LIVED on a little house on the prairie lol.

Ill confess. I have watched. I always feel like a jerk cause they really manipulate you. My sisters had a TV code. They would not watch it because it was too HW. That was their code for heart warming.
