-19(x + 8) - (y - 2) =
-19x - 152 - y - 2 =
-19x - 150 -y

if -19(x + 8) - (y - 2) = 0,
y = - 19x - 150

-19x - 152 - y + 2
combine -152 + 2 = -150

-19x - y - 150

You should be able to figure out from there on which variable you want to find out (x,y)
