I was watching a kid play the demo PS3 at Walmart earlier and the picture was really clear and sharp. Of course that could have to do with the type of TV they were using. But I don't think it's worth being shot over. It's not like they won't make more!
I remember when I was a little girl, seeing grown women fist fighting in a store over Cabbage Patch Dolls. I don't think I will ever forget that!

Yeah, there was a 'drive-by' shooting at one of the stores, but they only used a bb gun (the 'bullets' don't penetrate the skin, just sting like crazy for a few minutes).
I don't have one, but you are able to download all of your digital photos to view them on TV, you can surf the 'net with it, and can also order games for P3 from online stores in seconds.
I guess enjoyment is in the hands/brain of the beholder.

Worth getting shot over...? I doubt it. Also, a lot of people just bought them the first day to resell. I'ld say its not worth it.

One person was shot... because he was sleeping in a tent outside a store with $650 of cash on him... he was asking for it.
