Well, it's PG-13, and if your son's 13, then he'd probably enjoy it. There probably isn't anything in it that he doesn't hear around school every day. You should be aware that there are a few scenes of impiled sex and some inferred nudity (nothing graphic, though). There are also some scenes that include torture and action violence. The profanity is fairly mild, but there is brief innappropriate language, but nothing beyond the grasp of a 13-year-old. He should be fine.
