There is no easy way to make this sort of picture, just creativity and tedium, although this can help:

You can copy and paste the ASCII if you like. I borrowed it from someone, who borrowed it from someone who may or may not have some sort of right to it but probably won't sue unless you somehow use it in a commercial enterprise and there is a profit to sue for.
The internet needs fewer rules.

And I used it in the muslim question too, the person who copied it should not be reported. I was getting positive feedback in, so I used it again. The chicken question has probably already been deleted, and I suspect that the muslim one won't be far behind.
