I'm in Spanish 4 and I can tell you that I love the language even more than English. French is great (but I like Spanish better) and German (in my opinion) doesn't sound very pretty. So, I'd pick Spanish.

Spanish speakers celebrate cinco de Mayo (May 5th), which is their independence day. They also celebrate el Dia de los Muertos (The day of the dead). It's almost like American Halloween, but it's even bigger and better. It's a day to honor the dead. As far as the food, Spanish countries have a lot of spicy things. I'm sure you know they have tacos, nachos, burritos, and things like that.

Instead, they celebrate Oktorberfest in Germany. In France, you could do something on the Eiffel Tower.

Good luck!

Because I like chocolate, I would choose Mexico/Spanish.
(look online for the origin of chocolate from cocoa)

Holiday = Cinco de Mayo

Food Recipe = If chocolate doesn't count as a recipe
(made from cocoa beans and sugar), there are other
simple dishes: Nachos, Tacos, Quesadillos.

Tradition = Quinceanera (when girls turns 15, like a
debutante ball)

Mexico would be a really great country to do (obviously Spanish). You could either do Cinco de Mayo (may 5th) or Dia de los Muertos (nov 2nd I believe). For cinco de mayo you could make flan, For Dia De Los Muertos you could do pan de muerto. There are many different ways that both holidays are celebrated with food and drink, and sometimes music and dancing.

German, with the festival as Xmas. It is very beautiful, the origin of the tree and all that. Plus it is timely.

Do Mexico. It will be fairly easy and you can relate the culture to the over population of illegal immigrants in the U.S.
