You can't have them both on that the same time. The Jagex company might know your internet address and ban you. But you can always log on with 2 computers

Have two different browsers open. When you get to the choose your quality page, scroll down. For one browser, just continue. For another, pick another one of the connections from the scroll list. It should work, atleast it did a few months ago.

Really the safest way would be two computers. Maybe if you have two just use a router.
