This box shows in certain picture areas not all areas!

This happens with some sites which insist that you accept cookies. Your settings may be set too high. I have mine set to medium.
From Internet Explorer:
click Tools
cl Internet Options
cl the Privacy tab
slide to Medium
Try again.
If you download pictures, and later on delete cookies, when you reopen the file, the pictures will have changed to red Xs. It's our choice -- cookies, or not.

Click tools, internet options, go to the advanced tab, use the slider to go about half way down, and put a checkmark next to Show Pictures..

I right click on the red x. Works 75% of the time for me.
