I have two favorite words:
relax: It just makes everything ok: all's right with the world: something to do after a hard days work.
It's something you can do after a crisis, when you know everything is going to be ok.
tender: this word covers a whole gambit of things in your life:
It could describe a nice piece of meat you bite into, the texture with the flavor makes you close your eyes with enjoyment.
It's the way you hold your child.
It's how to describe precious memories.
It's the way your lover shows his feeling for you.
It's special moments throughout your whole life.

I don't have a favorite word in english. but my favorite spanish word is "lindo". It means cute or pretty and can be used to refer to almost anything.

Listlessness. Love the way it sounds and how the syllables slowly roll off the tongue ... not your conventional onomatopoeic word ... but still conveys its meaning beautifully.

My favorite word is driblet. When we take our dog for a walk (a pomeranian) he tries to pee on EVERYTHING to the point that we know he cant have anything left. At that point we are taking him for a driblet.

One of my top words would have to be dilapidated. That is just awesome.
"Hey, you see Bob yesterday?"
"OMG, he was totally looking dilapidated!"
I wouldn't use it that way, but yeah.
