A lot of immigrants, and not just from Mexico....
The Californicators sold their expensive yuppy homes and moved here, the Minnesotans tired of their long winters moved here, and it seems about half of the rest of the country. Denver used to be nice, now it sprawls all over the place and the mountains are full of urban lifestyle instead of wildlife....
but I love it...it's home...I've been in Madrid the past 10 months and can't wait to get back to Denver!!!

They all left after the great Denver Fart Cloud of 2004 made the city unlivable.
It is said that people will try going back there as soon as the odor passes....which could be as early as next year.

I live here. My wife, brothers and sister live here. I have numerous nieces and nephews that live here. Pam Grier of "Foxy Brown" fame lives here. Yeah, that about sums it up. Enjoy your stay.
