When I had my first blood clot. My leg was swollen so big and it was very painful. At the hospital, they gave me phenegan (however you spell it) and Demorol.

Once during that time of the month...it was so bad the tears just came without question, I couldn't breathe it was so bad, oh and I was stuck in traffic on top of it. I managed to make it home and took Oxycodone. It felt so good when the pain stopped I just passed out. Another bad pain was in my neck and shoulders. A non-stop, constant shooting burning pain in my neck and upper back. I couldn't sleep because of it, I couldn't relax even when I was relaxing, I couldn't get comfortable no matter WHAT. I got prayer for it, God said He would heal it, and it hasn't hurt since then. He's so cool :)

When I broke my ankle....8 inch steel plate holding my foot to my ankle with 6 four inch screws and a nice 6 inch jagged cut........I couldn't do anything for the pain..the 1st minute I just screamed then my adrenaline kicked in. I walked on it for two days wrapped in an ace bandage thinking it was just sprained & took Tylenol. Finally went to the hospital when it got really purple and swollen..duh.....so I had to have surgery...then I got Darvocets;) and that helped a lot for a couple days.
Worst pain I have ever felt in my life...feeling that bone snap

A piece of equipment dropped on my toes. It took time for the pain to subside. Or a quad cramp on a bike ride about 4 miles from the end of it. Drank lots of water and ate some food when I finally finished.

The worst physical pain, for me, was when I broke my ribs in a car accident, it hurt to breathe!!!
The only relief I got, is in some heavy duty painkillers.

Child birth. The only way to stop it is to give birth. Very painful but I would do it again without a doubt.

Besides having 2 kids- I had a breast reduction and I think the liposuction they had to do around the my sides to make it blend in hurt worse than anything. I was solid black! and felt exactly like what I would think it would feel if a mac truck ran over me.

i was in eighth grade. it was during change of periods and i was going through those swinging doors they have in school and the door shut real fast and slammed against my finger and the pole in the middle. i didni't feel the pain until i looked down at my finger and saw the blood. i cried to make it stop hurting.

I would have to say it's a toss up there. I gave birth to three kids, one being a c-section. I also had ball stones. the attacks for those were horrible and to stop it I had to have my gall bladder removed. That didn't tickle either.
