If the local news here in Boston is correct, it shouldn't be too long. The news anchor said Sony said it will ship another 700,000 units by the end of the year. That's a little more than 100,000 units a week.

It will most likely be instock after Christmas. This is a game that sony and only sony likes to play. They use this tacticed becouse they want to build up the hype for the PS3. Do you remember when the PS2 game out. It was huge. People were even selling if for $1000 on ebay. If you didn't get it on luanch day, you couldn't even get it until Christmas. After Christmas anybody was able to get them. After Christmas I would watch the stores like a hawk becouse as soon as they come in, they will be gone within a matter of secounds. When tons of people got them, then you will not have to worry as many people have it and they don't need to buy another one. If you really want one you can buy one of ebay. If you do dont expect to pay anything under $1500. this may seem like a lot, but this is actually the best case senerio. Most people that are selling this system are selling it for $2000-$3000. Im not even jokeing. People are actually willing to pay this just to get it.

I just heard the prez of sony ps3 say they are flying them in to the west coast..and as soon as the pallets are full they head back and make another delivery so I would say about 7 days...

i've heard they should be getting some the first or second week of december. if you really want one now you can just pay $8000 for one like the idiots on ebay are doing.
