bkimbo443 reminded me of another absolutely great song by Floyd Cramer. It's "On the Rebound". It's all piano all the way through and it rocks! I guess you could say it's ALL piano solo!
Also the Song "Woman from Tokyo" by Deep Purple has one of the finest piano solos you'll ever come across as well.

The ultimate piano solo is a song called "Waterfall" or "All of Me" by a musician named Jon Schmidt. He's incredible. I've seen him in concert and his hands are insanely quick! In the song, "All of Me" he actually uses his elbows and feet and stuff which is why he named it that. It rocks!
