Just to be accurate, you have to know the time difference from where you are located and Philippines. Like now, I am in California and the time difference is 16 hrs, so my time now here is 12:09 PM Saturday, so Philippine time is 4:09 AM early morning Sunday. Philippines is advance. You have to consider also when time changes,(if ever you are in those places)
