I recently finished reading Twilight, and New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. Her third book comes out next fall, and I cannot wait! I grew up reading Sweet Valley Twins, Sweet Valley High, The Babysitters Club, Wayside School series, the Fudge books by Judy Blume, Nancy Drew, and the Fear Street series by R.L. Stine. I have recently been reading the Harry Potter books. I tried reading Lemony Snickett's books, but coldn't really get into them. I also read the Alex Delaware series, by Jonathan Kellerman, and the Stephanie Plum books, by Janet Evanovich. I just tend to like stories that continue on and on!

I recently finished the semi-sequel Tales from Watership Down, after reading the impossibly wonderful Watership Down by Richard Adams. Just dreamy. Right now I'm continuing my animal fantasy kick and reading the first book in a series called The Wild Road by Gabriel King.

I usually end up reading with my 11 year old son, we just finished The Guardians of GaHoole. It's like a 13 book series. It's a fantasy world of Owls, pretty cool.

I am rereading Harry Potter again. I know, I know. I've liked Fearless, Anne Rice's Vampire Cronicles, Narnia, Lemoney Snicket... I won't name anymore but those come to mind first.

Re-reading "Rise and Fall of the Third Riech" by William Shirer, outstanding in its depth. Also working on Shelby Foote's "Civil War" trilogy, amazing work. Just finished up "The Idiot" by Doestoevsky, excellent as all his work is. Before that read "American Tragedy" by Theodore Dreiser, another OUTSTANDING read. Getting ready to re-read "Angle of Repose" by Wallace Stengler, highly recommended.
