Well if you don't normally wear makeup, I'm going to guess that this boy you are going with has seen you without it, and probably thinks you look just fine the way you are, so anything you do to spruce up yourself will be dynamic! Just don't overdo it.

A layer or two of brown/black mascara (waterproof). You probably won't need foundation, just a little bit of concealer if that's even necessary. When I was a teen I never wore foundation, just a bit of concealer, and translucent loose powder, brushed lightly on my face with a large round brush. A light blush usually a light bronzy-rose looks good on many skin tones. Just enough to give you a slight touch of color. Whether you choose to wear eye color is up to you, but stay in the lighter/sheer colors if at all. A plum eyeliner along your top lashline, smudged slightly will make the color in your eyes pop. That may be all you really need when it comes to color on your eyes. Depending on the size of your lips, if they are thin, go with a tinted gloss, if they are plump go with a nude sheer color. Anywhere in between you could go either way, or layer the gloss over the color.

You'll look stunning without looking over done.

As far as your hair goes, keep it simple, but neat. You didn't say if your hair was curly or straight but with the layers, it would look really pretty wrapped around large hot rollers, or a large barrell curling iron, and tousseled (sp?) into loose waves, just for some body & movement. Put a **small** amount of shine syrum to make it look shiny and to control any frizzies.

Most important, have fun, smile, and carry yourself with confidence!

Hi I am not sure if you are after particular brands
or just wanting some advice.
It sounds like you have a warm skin tone
so try and stick to foundations with color tones
like: like Almond which is light enough for you.
Don't pick any darker shades like beige.
A light foundation(Rimmel or Max Factor are good)
with a warm tone, like almond will help cover your skin
and perhaps a powder(of similar tone) just to finish it off and give your skin a matte finish. Always use a brush to dust this on your face and don't forget to include your neck!
If you are going at night, it's ok to apply your make-up a little more heavier.
For your eyes, ( i don't know their shape) but these colours look
good with blue/green eyes. - pink, salmon, mauve, brown, camel, taupe brownish pink.
Lipsticks - ( a gloss is better for night) - peach, warm reds, mocha colours
Cheeks - apply some peach/pink colour to your cheeks and blend with big brush. Apply little to your forehead as well.
Mascara - apply brown/black to your eyelashes - about 3 coats.
Hair - set your hair with big rollers at the back and smaller rollers around your face. Leave for a good three hours(if cool rollers)
20 minutes(heated rollers, or when ready)
remove rollers, turn head upside down and spary lightly with a fine hairspray(not too heavy) toss head back and hair should fall into place lightly.
All, you could try wearing it up(depending) on what you are wearing. (in that case, some long, earrings.
It really depends on the occasion, but if you want your face to stand out, these are good colours.
Hope this answers some of your questions. : )

Go for a little eye makeup, not too much though. Start with a light blue eyeshadow above the crease and a little darker shade of brown or gray right above the eyelashes. Use some mascara, but not so much that it looks like spiders are attacking you. Don't worry about foundation at your age, maybe a little concealer under the eyes or on blemishes. Stroke on a small amout of blush on the cheekbones, stroking upward, not a big dot. Less is more with makeup. Have fun!

I think you should wear a thin expresso eye-liner and nuetral colored shadow with a nude lip since you don't usually wear any make-up. Keep it simple and have your hair down, either flat-iron it or curl it for a few seconds for soft waves.
