I personally don't know how to do this. But whenever I have things like this that need to get done around the house I go to eHow.com. They've got GREAT resources there and usually have pictures and everything.

Ask my daughter! She actually did that. Usually it is not difficult.
Disconnect the dryer from the power, remove the rear panel, loosen the tension bolt on the motor, swing the motor out of the way. Replace in the reverse order, making sure you have the proper tension on the belt. The belt can be purchased at most appliance supply houses, provide make and model of your dryer.

There are many different makes and models of dryers. There are almost that many different ways to change a belt. If you supply the make and a model number I could give you specific instructions.
