I saw this movie a long time ago and forgot the name of it. Can anyone help? The movie is where a bunch of tigers or lions(not sure which) go around killing people on purpose in Africa and the Africans have to call in an expert to hunt down and stop the tigers or lions. I think the tigers or lions might have enlarged brains and know how to hunt the people but I am not sure.

Plot:
Set in 1898, this movie is based on the true story of two lions in Africa that killed 130 people over a nine month period, while a bridge engineer (Val Kilmer) and an experienced old hunter (Michael Douglas) tried to kill them.
